What is an unconscious choice? An unconscious choice is an action or decision made when seeing only one way in a situation or taking an action before you are aware of other options. It can be a choice made when you're feeling unsure about what to do or desperate. You are especially vulnerable to creating through unconscious choices when confused, overwhelmed, or stressed.
Turn unconscious choices into better conscious decisions by trying the following:

Ask to be able to see the most joyful options and all the choices available. Also ask for help to see what your best choice or action is in the situation. Angelic awareness can help unveil or reveal hidden information or agendas not seen at first.
Pause before responding: Pause and take time before feeling that you need to respond or commit. Most situations don’t require immediate action and you can stall by explaining that you need more information. Don’t allow yourself to be forced into actions or choices before you’re ready.
Yes and No are full sentences: Both are simple but powerful words that help you make choices to either open wonderful new doors or prevent situations that aren’t right for you. Practice and learn to be strong enough to say yes and no at appropriate times so that you make conscious decisions that work for you.
Victim or Volunteer: If you are letting others make choices for you or are allowing others to take advantage of you, it may be difficult to realize that this is also a choice. Take steps to strengthen your self-esteem and become more assertive. Watch for denial or tendencies to minimize or blind yourself to what is truly happening. If someone’s words and actions aren’t matching what they say, do, or promise, be careful about making commitments when inconsistencies keep showing up.
