The Four P’s:
Have a Plan
With the recent dramatic world-wide events, now more than ever it’s important to stay calm and centered as we face the challenges ahead.
The definition of “crisis” means a stage in a sequence of events at which the trend of all future events is determined, or a turning point. Having a strategy and plan in place can help you determine the best for you and others.
Following these four P’s is a simple strategy to help you to stay in the moment, call on higher energies, make conscious choices, and follow recommended safety measures so that you can create the best possible outcome.
The Present Moment:
Our current situation is changing daily. By consciously staying in the present moment, you minimize fear and stay focused on what is actually happening right now and what you can change. As you do, this helps to keep your energy focused on positive and productive actions and out of fear or stress about future possibilities that may never happen.
As you stay calm and centered, you’re better able to hear your own powerful intuitive Guidance and know how to respond in a balanced and productive way. If fear or doubt starts creeping in, turn off the news, take a breath, and focus your attention within. As you detach and stay grounded in present moment time, you’re better able to hear your own guidance for next steps and right actions to take.
Make sure that you’re getting your information and updates from accurate, reliable, and up-to-date professional sources.
There are lots of theories, speculations, and stories circulating through social media and other outlets. All of this contributes to the growing mass consciousness of fear and stress. It’s important to listen to the recognized experts and follow the recommended procedures for your safety and health so that you have the most accurate information and can make informed decisions.
Have a Plan:
Keep yourself as healthy as possible with a good diet and more alkalizing foods. Follow the recommendations of healthcare officials by minimizing contact in large groups and seeking medical help if you experience symptoms that concern you.
Have a plan in place if you have to stay home for several weeks by stocking extra supplies and getting resources now before you need them.
Pray and use powerful spiritual tools:
Now is the time to use many of your powerful tools such as prayer and higher energy methods. Prayer can give you the extra strength and support that you need and help you hear Higher Guidance. Powerful modalities such as Reiki and Awakening energies can keep you centered and strengthen your physical, emotional, and mental levels (very important during these stressful times).
All of these keep you connected to your higher Source and support you in remembering that the Universe is still working for your best, that you are protected, and that you aren’t alone.
By using the four P’s, it helps you stay in the present moment, keep properly informed, have a plan in place, and pray for the higher wisdom and guidance that can help you safely navigate these current events in the best possible way.
