Make your own joy-How do you create awesome? Think of what you love doing and what makes you feel joy at a Soul level. Take any simple step that helps you feel alive and happy, even for a moment or two.
Doodle and color with crayons or do something silly and spontaneous. Ask your Magical Inner Child for help in discovering what will bring you joy, then follow through and do it.
Present moment living-Challenge yourself to stay fully aware and in the moment throughout the day and see where it takes you. What makes you happy? What new places are there to explore? Just for today, be creative and spontaneous.
Allow yourself to heal-If you’re currently working through pain or a challenging situation, allow yourself time and space to heal. New days will come, and nothing lasts forever. Joy is our natural birthright and joyful days are waiting, so take time to heal and allow your heart to open for healing and wholeness.
