The daily news can be discouraging and trigger feelings of overwhelm, helplessness, or feeling alone. The truth is that there are many others seeking good and Light, with millions of people around the world praying for peace and new solutions. The tired old ways of hate and conflict just aren’t working anymore and your powerful Light and intention for peace helps accelerate new solutions and Divine resolutions.
As you stay focused on positive outcomes, it helps heal the collective consciousness. This collective energy of hope is being generated by many other like-minded people and is becoming more palpable around shifting planetary energies. You contribute to this energetic force which is noticed and felt in the higher planes of Light and helps create a shift to higher possibilities of hope and healing.
2. Pray
Prayer is one of the most powerful ways that you can help to create lasting change and new solutions that benefit everyone. Whatever form of prayer feels comfortable to you, pray often for peace and Divine assistance. I recently was given a psychic vision of literally millions of people around the world praying for peace. Feeling the power of that energy from so many others was inspiring and helped me see that the Light is still in charge. Prayer hastens new solutions and dissolves darkness and negativity so pray often for inspired help to planetary challenges.
3. Stay out of fear
It can be challenging to feel peaceful when headlines and world conflicts are very serious, but it’s important to stay out of the energy of fear as often as you can. Fear creates a low-level vibration that affects your own energy, makes you more susceptible to depression and hopelessness, and can make you vulnerable to mass consciousness energies of discouragement and panic. It also blocks important energy that you can be using toward new ideas and solutions.
Remember that you are always connected to an infinite and powerful Universe of higher wisdom which is available to help. Staying focused in faith and open to miracle energies can quickly change situations and activate positive outcomes.

It also keeps you focused on the solution instead of staying overwhelmed with problems.
